The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport train and central to explore the city. The room was clean and had modern amenities such as USB ports. The bathroom was also modern.

This hotel is in a great location, just down the street from the royal palace and right near a tram stop. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The service is outstanding, with accommodating staff who go above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of options for all dietary needs. Plus, some rooms have a fantastic view, facing the national theatre.

The noise from nearby clubs can be bothersome at night.

The hotel facilities were fantastic, with spacious and newly renovated rooms. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and being within walking distance to two excellent restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great menu choice in the Theatre Café.

The croissants were excellent. Before the breakfast buffet opened, there was a spread of bread, jam, coffee, and tea in case one would be hungry early in the morning. The sheets were immaculately clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel's location in the most beautiful area of the city, close to the University and the Royal Palace, makes it a fantastic choice for both tourism and business. The attention to detail and luxury of the hotel is worth the price. Room 818 in particular offers a stunning city view and a balcony to appreciate the lively atmosphere of Oslo, even in the early hours of the morning. The breakfast options, including both Continental Breakfast and A la Carte, were enjoyable. a highly recommended place to stay.

Great location near the waterfront and close to many attractions. The hotel staff was super helpful and friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice view of the city. The hotel also had a charming Art Nouveau setting, which added to its character.

The room design was a bit strange, with no drawers to store clothes and a small closet that was inconvenient to access. The lack of a desk was also disappointing in this connected era.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the special diet menus were limited, and it would have been nice to have more options. the restaurant staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to cater to our needs.
